Led the redesign and launch of a new feedback flow used by 25k teachers and 75k students monthly—streamlining 600k+ assignments and saving users 1–4 minutes per task.
Led the end-to-end UX/UI design of EnglishApp, a self-paced learning app designed to improve users’ business and everyday English. Partnered with product and engineering from concept to launch. Achieved 300+ installs in the first two weeks with minimal marketing, validating early product-market fit.
Led the design team to revamp the onboarding process for 3 user types. Analyzed 7 competitors in 2 weeks and created new wireframes to improve onboarding, MFA security processes and user registration.
Collaborated closely with product managers and developers on the crypto staking feature release by generating 2 user flows and 3 wireframes for the website, including an MVP & V1 release

Redesigned and launched Studio Reinvent’s website in 2 months with updated navigation and branding, resulting in a 60% increase in organic website traffic and a 33% increase in customer leads.
Analyzed information architecture and generated wireframes across 3 service categories.
Defined and led the end-to-end product design strategy for Nove25’s e-commerce Product page and checkout flow, collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to achieve an 18% conversion rate increase, 12% lower bounce rate, and 15% faster loading time.
Conducted user testing for the product detail page optimization, engaging 15 participants across 5 departments to evaluate the ease of adding products to the cart and checking out.

Spearheaded the visual rebranding of the company from a marketplace to an e-bike tour agency, including the development of the brand guide & website, contributing to an increase in revenue of 700% in just 5 months.
Conducted field research with 5 users across 4 tours to gather real-time feedback on the program.
Developed and implemented a digital marketing strategy, including newsletters and Instagram posts, resulting in a 6.5x increase in customers and an 80% decrease in customer acquisition costs.
